Ismail Pacha is a burger shop that offers its customers premium quality, fresh meat made into mouth-watering special burgers. Its diversified menu gives the shop an edge and an individual persona in the market.

Expansion was Ismail Pacha’s target, but when your business is based in a crowded market where intense competition occurs and people’s feedback is harsh, it can be really overwhelming.
We wanted to renovate Ismail Pacha’s brand image in a convincing fashion, to make it stand out uniquely from competitors without upsetting those who are already loyal to the brand.
Fisheye redesigned the logo by keeping the bold origin of the restaurant. However, we gave it an extra flavour by modifying the logo mark and colour by creating both English and Arabic versions.
The English and Arabic versions do match the culture that the shop operates in, and at the same time reflects the quality the customers should expect when visiting Ismail Pacha
But a brand’s personality is about way more than just a logo or a slogan… because in Fisheye we treat every brand we work on as a human entity. So, we dove deeper and came up with even more solutions. Our team also worked on implementing the brand persona on the shop’s packaging and the employees’ uniforms.

The main objective was met, as now customers can taste Ismail Pasha’s uniqueness across two other branches. But branding was never really about just attracting masses, we attracted those whom Ismail Pasha really targets.
How did we manage to do that? Well, we branded Ismail Pasha for what it is, by using every element and paying attention to every small detail.
